How much does WeddingPOV cost?
WeddingPOV is free for 100 photos and videos and a 30-day gallery. To keep the gallery open longer it is $14.99 for six months and 1,000 uploads, or $29.99 for a year and unlimited uploads. Both paid plans are auto-renewing and you can cancel anytime.
Is this a subscription?
Yes. The 6-month and 1-year galleries are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed through the Apple App Store or, if you signed up on the web, through Stripe. You can cancel anytime, and your gallery stays live through the end of the current period.
What happens if I exceed the free tier's 100 uploads?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. Everything already in the gallery stays safe — nothing gets deleted. You just can't add more until you start a paid gallery. Photos and video clips draw on the same allowance, one upload each.
Do guests need to install an app?
No — for photos. Guests scan a QR code and join the gallery in their browser. Recording a 30-second video clip needs the free iOS app, which is also what guests use if they'd rather not work in a browser. Android is on the way.
How long do my photos and videos stay accessible?
Free: 30 days. 6-month gallery: 6 months, auto-renewing. 1-year gallery: 1 year, auto-renewing. As long as the subscription is active, the gallery stays live.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancel through the Apple App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or from your billing portal if you signed up on the web. Your gallery remains accessible through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles its own refunds — request one through Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com). If you signed up on the web, email support@weddingpov.com and we'll sort it out directly.
