WeddingPOV is a private, invitation-based photo-sharing service for weddings. A couple creates an event, receives a 6-character join code, and shares it with their guests. Anyone with the code (or the matching QR) can join that wedding's gallery and post photos, captions, comments, and likes. Photos are only visible to people who have joined that specific gallery.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account that hosts a wedding (the account owner / couple).
• Guests may be of any age, but if you are under 18 you may only upload content with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
• One person, one account. Don't share your sign-in link with anyone else; whoever has your account can act as you.

The 6-character join code and QR are how you control who sees your gallery. You are responsible for sharing the code only with people you trust with your wedding photos. WeddingPOV cannot verify that someone who has the code is actually invited.

If a wrong person ends up in your gallery, you can:

• Remove their uploads (any photo's three-dot menu)
• Generate a new code (Settings → Wedding → Reset code), which removes access for anyone using the old code

You agree not to use WeddingPOV to:

• Upload content that's illegal, defamatory, harassing, or hateful
• Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity rights, or privacy (including photos of people who haven't consented to be photographed or shared)
• Upload sexually explicit material, child sexual abuse material (immediate ban and reporting to authorities), or content depicting violence or self-harm
• Impersonate someone else, including a wedding's actual couple or guests
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to weddings you weren't invited to — including by guessing, brute-forcing, or scraping join codes
• Spam other users, send unsolicited bulk messages, or upload malware
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the service's source code or third-party data
• Use the service to build a competing product

We remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. For serious violations (including illegal content) we may preserve relevant records and cooperate with law enforcement.

WeddingPOV offers a free tier with a 30-day gallery, plus paid plans that extend gallery access:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the service or other users at risk. Where possible we'll warn you first, but for serious violations we may act immediately.

You can close your account at any time via Settings → Delete my account (see the Privacy Policy for what that removes and when).

The service is provided “as is”and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Free-tier galleries are explicitly provided without any service-level guarantee.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. If we discontinue paid features that affect existing subscriptions, we'll either honor the remainder of the term or offer a pro-rated refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Bank Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of WeddingPOV is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Red Bank Studio's total liability to you arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability (which for free-tier users is zero).
• Red Bank Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Bank Studio and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of:

• Your Content (including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights or violates their privacy)
• Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
• Your breach of any law in connection with the service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or related to the service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms over time. If a change is significant, we'll notify you by email or with an in-app banner. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the service after a notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
